Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Wedgely is operated by Kupia Lab("we", "us"). For all legal communications, contact hello@wedgely.io.

2. What Wedgely does

Wedgely produces an "Idea Brief" — a structured summary of one clone-target SaaS product, with suggested wedge angles, distribution channels, and a customer hypothesis. Briefs are generated by AI models from publicly-available product data and review content.

Briefs are research aids, not investment advice or guarantees of business outcomes. You are solely responsible for your business decisions.

3. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to use Wedgely to:

• scrape, copy, or systematically extract Briefs at scale;
• resell Brief contents as your own work without substantial transformation;
• generate Briefs for products you intend to defame or harass the operators of;
• circumvent rate limits, paywalls, or promo-code uses-remaining caps.

4. Pricing

During the launch promo, Wedgely is offered free of charge. After the promo concludes, Briefs are sold as a one-time purchase. Prices are shown on the pricing page and may change for new purchases at any time. Already-generated Briefs remain accessible regardless of price changes.

5. Refunds

Refund eligibility is described on the refund policy page.

6. Third parties

We use the following processors: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database + auth), Vercel (hosting), OpenRouter / OpenAI / Anthropic (AI inference), Apify (review scraping), Mailgun (transactional email), PostHog (analytics), Sentry (error reporting). Their terms apply where their services are involved.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to Wedgely is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD $50, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profits damages.

8. Termination

We may terminate access for users who violate these terms. We will refund any unused balance pro-rata where applicable.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email to recent purchasers and posted here with a new "last updated" date.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Kupia Lab is registered. Disputes will be resolved in that jurisdiction's courts unless required otherwise by consumer-protection law.
